Front desk was excellent, gave us a reasonable upgrade to a larger bed with a mountain view. Restaurant wasn't outstanding, but was just fine for tired travelers. Again, the service was excellent. .....

Negatives: Room decor was very old/getting ratty.

We were not told that animals were accepted in the rooms. My children are allergic to cats and dogs. They were very sick because vacuuming a room is not enough! I was told that next time we better .....
