Surrounded by tall trees and colourful gardens, this charming nineteenth-century home and its newly-renovated limestone coach house feature 11 guest bedrooms. You will find Drew House the perfect setting for weddings, seminars, corporate retreats or simply a peaceful night's stay.
Built in 1850, Drew House is distinctive for its fine architectural details. Visitors to the home immediately noticed the wrap-around porch with its hand-carved bric-a-brac trim. Cathedral windows and 18-inch limestone walls add a special character to the structure. These features have been carefully reflected in the design of the adjacent coach house.
With its classic stone barbecue, lush green lawns and sunny slate courtyard, the garden at Drew House has an atmosphere of peace and contentment. Complete with more than 40 trees and its own fish pond, the garden is a wonderful place for a leisurely stroll, quiet meditation or an afternoon nap.
A converted barn from the 1850s, the coach house provides six private rooms. Each with a private bath with two of the rooms having whirlpool tubs. Quilts, antiques, and braided rugs add to the warm decor of the rooms in the coach house.
Four semi-private rooms are in the main house. The four rooms share two baths.
The rear portion of the home features a full suite of rooms, consisting of two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, sitting room and fireplace.
All of the above include two full breakfasts.
