The stay was a positive experience until discovering that my vehicle had sustained significant and obvious damage while parked in with the "secure" valet service. Was promised by the on-duty staff that the GM, Mr. Bolduc, would take care of everything so took some pictures and went home to another province. Have since come to find out after numerous email exchanges that the GM and the hotel have no interest in fixing this situation but told me to go through my insurance to fix my vehicle....thus resulting in paying a deductible and higher premiums for an accident on their private hotel property where no one other than employees should have been driving. No compensation offered to right this massive wrong. Do not stay here and especially do not park your car with valet. This is not the first complaint about a car sustaining damage or dealing with this dismissive GM. You have been warned.

Excellent value, clean and tidy with friendly staff.

Positives: Gym, sauna and hot tub.

Negatives: No breakfast included.

When booking the room on the phone all the way to checking out, the staff were helpful and friendly. This was the first time I had stayed in this hotel, and now I don't want to stay anywhere else. Great location located right above East Side Mario's. Great comfortable rooms and atmosphere. Continental breakfast was delicious. Also, the pool, hot tub and workout area were also very nice. I would no doubt recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

Positives: Great size of rooms, great beds.

Negatives: Pull-out sofa bed was not so comfy.
