Positives: Very helpful with wheelchair accessible needs with a senior in our group. Staff was very friendly.

Free parking. Clean front area and rooms. Great staff (I arrived early and sick hoping to get in a nap before meetings and they were very amenable). Clean, up to date bathrooms, good water pressure. .....

The hotel is fine for it's star level. The room was a bit dark and gloomy, didn't feel very clean.

Noise air condition; very small room; no fridge; air in the room is not fresh at all; very very poor customer service at the front desk when I first check-in.

The room could have been cleaner, bed was comfortable. No free breakfast, no pool or hot tub. We had been traveling all day and it would have been nice to relax in the pool at the end of a long day.

The towels were not replaced, the vacuuming was not done, beds were not remade, and it was an uncomfortable bed that made a sore back of what was suppose to be enjoyable.

The hotel was ok, but not great. We were on the second floor, yet there were no elevators. This made bringing up the luggage difficult, although we managed. There was construction on the street the .....

Location is suitable for business or shopping in west Edmonton. Motel is clean and recently renovated. No restaurant on-site but one nearby. Free parking convenience. I would recommend this hotel for .....

Good proximity to the West Edmonton Mall is probably the best thing about this hotel; the staff were polite but the building itself was not the cleanest I've seen and it could stand with some .....

This is definitely a hotel to stay at if you just want a comfortable nights sleep. We don't spend our time in our hotel except for at night. This hotel gave us what we needed. Very close to West .....

Positives: The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the bathtub was bigger than usual. I would stay here again.
