Absolutely, the perfect place to take kids. The Jungle Room was fantastic, and the milk and cookies for the younger ones was a very special treat. Caprice at the front desk was just lovely.

Positives: The staff was the most amazingly friendly I've ever met!

Negatives: The hot tub bubbles didn't work in the evening and there wasn't any bacon for breakfast - obviously those are two very small things!

The Holiday Inn Express has really comfortable beds. The location is convenient to the highways and it is only a short drive to downtown. The pool area is great. The breakfast in the morning is plentiful and well attended to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their free on site laundry facilities really helped us on our extended vacation.

Positives: The staff is wonderful, there is a whirlpool, sauna and swimming pool. The breakfast is great. They let guests do laundry for free.

Negatives: No elevator to the second floor.

Hotel, room and dining area were clean. Staff was<BR/>friendly and helpful. Pool was wonderfully warm, though hot tub uncomfortably hot.

It was so nice. Nice swimming pool with a gym and sauna and spa. Two queen bed with big TV. The bathroom was very clean and they had some lignite so when you get out of the bath you don't freeze. The breakfast is free and good.

It is impossible for a person to use the fitness centre, pool or to take advantage of the continental breakfast because it is over run with kids. This is a hotel for families that do not mind complete chaos.

Positives: The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

Negatives: To take advantage of the continental breakfast you had to wait up to 30 minutes in line. This is a hotel for families, it is not ideal for business.

The hotel staff reflect the genuine friendliness we saw throughout New Brunswick; they all seemed to be fluent in both official languages and that was a real bonus. The rooms are clean and well kept. The hotel is located a stone's throw from shopping, restaurants, gas stations, the highway to anywhere and Magnetic Hill.

Positives: Top notch staff and clean rooms.

Negatives: The line ups for breakfast.

I was an older style hotel that has been renovate. I love newer hotels.

Large rooms, updated decor, immaculately clean, everything shows the pride the staff have in their hotel. It was not built as a Holiday Inn Express originally so you get much more space than you'd expect and it has a pool. Breakfast room very spacious and there is an excellent selection of items.

Positives: Large rooms, excellent cleanliness and decorating, welcoming staff who take pride in their hotel.

Negatives: Absolutely nothing.

First time I see a hotel with no elevators.

Positives: Location and parking.

Negatives: No elevators had to walk to the front to re-activate cards.

The hotel was excellent. Only a few minor issues, which didn't justify complaining. Coffee maker in room, there was no whitener; stir sticks, etc. left in the room. Went to pool, where there is supposed to be a stock of towels for hotel guests. We got there, and no towels. My wife went to front desk to inform them; they said some one would be right along. We did our swim, went in the hot tub and sauna, and still no towels. I had just gotten ready to leave and walked into the hallway, drenched with water, when a staff member came along with towels. It was just a general item which they should not have missed. The towels should be checked often when the hotel is busy. Other than that, great stay.

Positives: Very nice, clean rooms.

Negatives: Went to pool, no towels, took staff over 1/2 hr to bring stock of towels.

This hotel is convenient to the funky sites, the housekeeping staff is friendly and efficient, and the front desk staff responds promptly.

Positives: The staff was helpful and the house keeping was very good.

Negatives: Some guests were inconsiderate when using the washers and dryers.

I was out most of the time just there to sleep and when I brought the bathroom to the front desk attention it was like oh well. So if this is going on file for me please do not booked me into that hotel again that just completely discussed me and I don't want to go there thanks.

Positives: It looked nice on the outside.

Negatives: The bathroom was dirty the person that stayed before me their hair was still in the shower and on the flush I told the front desk and nothing was done.
