I think we had good experience in living this hotel & in feature looking for the best.

Positives: The good thing this hotel was near by Metro Station.

Negatives: It was really hard to locate at first night.

Wonderful for 4-5 family members! Usually, it is not easy to find out good hotels for big family but you can get a maximum five people room with one king bed, one double sized bed and a sofa bed in the very reasonable price. Another great thing is this hotel offers free breakfast for all family members! Thank you so much!

Positives: It was great that the hotel has great comfortable beds and huge spaces.

Negatives: One thing, there is no swimming pool!

The hotel was more than adequate. My family enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. The bed was comfortable and even the sofa bed we used was good. The morning breakfast consisted of bagels, waffles, pancakes, muffins, toast, cereal and fruit. Coffee, juice and tea were also available. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I asked for an extra hour on check-out day and they gave it to me. Overall I would go back to this hotel.

Positives: The hotel room was very spacious and clean.

Negatives: The room needs a kettle to boil water for tea. The coffee machine is not suitable for tea.

The staff that I met were nice polite and friendly. Place is a bit old but clean it had every thing that I expected. I am sure if there was a wireless network connection that would be considered a plus. Overall we were pleased and we have no problems going back.

Positives: Easy (check in and check out staff friendly and clean).

Negatives: Little difficulty getting to coming from the north.

Very convenient place to stay for business travel due to the dining table which transformed into a working table. A large room with a sofa and chair. Two television sets. Comfortable beds.

Positives: Located near a street with lots of restaurants and shops.

Negatives: The grey color on the floor ceramic and table top.

I enjoyed my stay at the Quality Suites because it is extremely well located and has people at the reception (Michel, James, etc) who are very helpful and make you feel welcome.

Positives: Great location and a friendly staff.

Negatives: Perhaps the TV in the bedroom could have been larger.

Very well situated hotel. Easy to get around. The people who cleaned the rooms did a wonderful job. Very professional, very well done. Front desk not eh friendliest, outgoing bunch, but you dont have to see them a lot anyways.

Positives: The size and layout of the room.

Negatives: The inconsistency with friendliness that you will find from one of these hotels to the other. I stayed at 2 Quality Suites.

I like its location. The suite was great. I'd rather have a way to secure the master bedroom from the other side. I'd most likely want to return to it for my next trip.

Positives: My kids were crazy about it.

Negatives: There was a smell that opening the windows didn't fix.

Please make sure to ask for a nonsmoking room when you check in otherwise you might be put in a smoking room. Overall, this hotel is clean and quiet during the time we stayed. We also like the location. The only improvement needed is the breakfast area and the shortage of basic food.

Positives: I like the suite with king bed.

Negatives: The breakfast room does not have enough tables and the bread was found molded one day. Inconsistent supply of food. E.g.. no milk for cereal.
