Even though the front of the property (parking lot) was under construction, inside the hotel the rooms were beautiful, crisp, clean and comfortable. The incredible front desk staff, Monkia and Carol-Lyn went over and above the hospitality standards. They were very informative and up-beat. They made my family feel as if they were apart of their family. We need more people like them to show what hospitality means.

Hotel staff was not able to guide direction for convention center in next town, Hamilton, only 10 miles away. Staff did not know exit # from QEW highway, which is 102, but Guelph Line exit name is .....
