We have stayed at this hotel before. It is a great location and hotel for the price. Comfortable with spacious updated rooms.

Convenient to anything in the Oakville / Burlington area. The beds were comfortable and it was relatively clean. There was a lot of construction going on. One elevator was out of service and the .....

Negatives: Room service walked in an 8:30am! And with the make your own bid location was terrible.

I am not a great enthusiast of this chain of hotels. This particular hotel is an exception with good staff and clean facilities.

This hotel is in a better location for business than a family holiday but the emphasis is on family and the business facilities are only available to corporate members and not other business .....

The hotel was fine but not for a business person. The amount of kids and noise was beyond excessive. I was ready to check-out a couple hours after I arrived and the weekend only got worse noise wise.

Its okay but that's it. We had a non-smoking room but they had ashtrays in the corridors on our floor even though the whole floor was non-smoking. You could always smell the smoke in the hallways. .....
