The staff was OK, but not as helpful. Some of the floors are weird to access and would need to use combination of stairs and elevators.

The Holiday Inn was supposed to be a 3 star hotel. I was less than impressed. Our original room reeked of cigarette smoke. Our second room was significantly better but on check in, I had asked for .....

Positives: Front desk staff in particular was wonderful, helpful and courteous.
Negatives: The pool was cold and very chlorinated. It was not clear how much the parking charge would be.

Great hotel the only problem is the area is not as nice as could be , lots of street people , sirens etc . not quiet on weekends

I've stayed at a lot better 3-star hotels. It was a bit oldish and slightly smelly in the room. There was no AC or fan to run. I had to open the windows, but there were no screens on the windows, so .....

For our needs it was a great location. We had very awkward access from the elevator and lobby to our room. From the elevator there was a 1/2 flight of stairs to drag luggage to our room and numerous .....

I wish the hotel has bit more space. The rooms does have plugs to plug-in in the iron. Does not have a refrigerator and are charged for water. When asked for one more bottle, the hotel staff said .....

The only thing that was wrong with the hotel is that.1.) The elevator is really narrow 2.) The bathroom door wouldn't shut 3.) The water would take a long time to heat up.
