When I arrived I asked about the business center as I needed to print of a map quest set of directions and I was told that I would need to go to the Smitty's restaurant to use the business center and ask the staff there what they charge to print. It was just very disappointing.
Positives: Failry new.
Negatives: Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

They did their best to help us, very courteous staff, could not be nicer.
Positives: Staff was very helpful in trying to clear the air in our room.
Negatives: The smell in our room.

For all the renovations they do it does not seem to change much. I stayed there about two years ago and they were doing renos then and are still doing them. The room was far too hot all night and even though we turned thermostat down it did not cool off. I can not imagine staying in the summer. The bathroom was not cleaned well at all. The breakfast room was a nice bonus and the pool was fun for my grand kids. Smittys food was terrible 2 years ago and is still terrible. The maid service was not that good.
Positives: There was a pool and hot tub for children and they had a breakfast room.
Negatives: The bathroom was not cleaned well at all, there were burn holes in blankets and it was far too hot all night and thermostat did not seem to work.
