Staff are friendly, rooms relatively clean, needs to be completely updated throughout. Some rooms have flat panels some don't.

It was nice but patio door was very hard to open.
Positives: Felt safe was close to all outings.
Negatives: No fridge or microwave and no lawn chairs.

It needs an elevator to make ones stay easier and more kid friendly.

Hotel personnel were very nice and willing to answer any question we had and they knew where things were or offered to search for us as for weather or locations of what they did not already know.
Positives: It was very close to the Falls, the Zoo as well as Marineland.
Negatives: It was a bit noisy. Marriage or so and people talking in the corridors but not too late.

All staff members encountered were upbeat, professional and helpful. The rooms were spotless and smelled great, and I enjoyed the fact that the hotel had indoor and outdoor pools. There is also a large gym and a spa offering many services right within the hotel itself! The restaurant within the hotel was attractive, and our food was great. I definitely would recommend this to anyone visiting Niagara Falls who wants to be close to the falls (12 miles) but not right in the hustle and bustle of it all. Great for families with kids, seniors, travelers or couples! Also, we visited Toronto, and it was a short drive from the hotel!
Positives: The beautiful lobby, outstanding staff, immaculate and comfortable rooms and the location.
Negatives: The restaurant Vecera in the hotel needed more staff, but we still had great service.

Very good place for leisure, there are spa, gym and pool.
Positives: It is quite and nice hotel and very good for shopping.
Negatives: Shampoo is not enough for us.

Friendly staff, excellent amenities, very convenient location and access to main roads and tourist routes. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants; in-house restaurant offered very good food at excellent prices.

Negatives: Had to ask for standard room supplies to be replenished.
