We arrived in Kingston in the middle of the year's biggest snow storm. We picked the 7 oakes by default since it was the only motel we could get in! None of the other motels had their parking lot plowed.
Luckily for us, they spent as much time on the parking lot as on the rooms. Our bed and t.v. were brand new, and the room was spacious enough to fit a large sofa as well. The room was also very clean and affordable! My family had a great stay

Positives: - affordable rooms
- new beds & T.V.
- free internet

Negatives: - it wasn't free? (can't think of any!)

My family stayed at Seven Oakes motel last week. Room are nice and clean. 2 Queen beds are very comfort. Our room in the back, far traffic and vey quiet. The lady at front desk is very nice with us.

Too much snow cover the entrances of most hotels around when I came, then I saw Seven oakes motel, their parking lot already cleanned snow, I got in easy and stayed there 1 night, my room is very clean, new comfy bed, new clean tub, new leather sofa, what I like the best is a quiet room far away from the road, thanks Seven oakes motel, I had a good night sleep.

The room we stayed in was filthy. You could see that the bathtub had not been clean from the previous person. You couldn't even walk on the bathroom floor it was so sticky. The pullout couch was not fit for anyone to sleep on it was so dirty.
The carpets were full of stains. There is no need for this. I hope the next person who stays in that room will find it clean.
I have stayed in cheaper motels for less money and they were spotless.
