Hotel is aged but staff is friendly and rooms further away from highway are perfect for business travelers looking for a low cost establishment. Convenient location if conducting business or travel near Scarborough, Markham and Toronto.

Positives: Low cost, clean hotel, friendly staff, rooms further away from highway are quiet (good thing).

Negatives: Small percentage of rooms near highway are noisy (asked to change rooms and was satisfied), hotel is aging.

I would never stay here again. The floors were dirty, the shower stall had soap marks on the soap holder. There were stains all over the walls, the pool was filthy. The maids told us the checkout was at 9, but it was 11, so they cleaned the bathroom while we were there. (that consisted of folding over the toilet paper roll and giving us new towels). There was dust everywhere as well as a 1" wide film of dust all around the baseboards. There was lint and garbage on the floor (guess their vacuum didn't work). The air conditioner didn't work.

Positives: The location was good.

Negatives: The room was dirty-not vacuumed, and there were stuff all over the walls.

Fix the curtains, There was no shampoo. Just gave one bar of tiny soap.

This is a classic example of a property that is now run by Middle Eastern folks that are very helpful but milking a property that should have been rehabbed 5 or more years ago. The entire facility is outdated and has clearly seen better days. The room was damp and dark and didn't smell too good. You can always tell the quality of a hotel from the towels and these babies have had decades of use. The breakfast was real weak and wouldn't take any effort to make it acceptable. I didn't take my kids to it because they would not have gone for it. It was out of the question for my wife. I should say some positives; it was safe and the staff did answer all my travel questions well. This property suffers dearly from a lack of reinvestment and putting a good effort forward.

Positives: The staff answered all my travel questions very well about getting around Toronto.

Negatives: I am very easy to please but I'm afraid many travelers would not be happy with this property.

I was very disappointed with the accommodations, the beds were comfortable, and that is the nicest thing I can say, I will not return.

The hallways had the smell of a car air freshener, the rooms were dirty. The bedspread had cigarette burns and holes in it and I wasn't too sure how clean the linen was. The carpets were stained and dirty. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The walls were dirty and the bathroom did not have a clean feeling to it. The hotel is in desperate need of repairs. Couldn't wait to leave. Next time, I would stay at the Delta Toronto East one highway exit over.

Positives: I liked the price of the room for one night.

Negatives: The hotel was dirty and smelly.

The hotel was dirty and unkempt (my grandchildren's socks were black after walking around on the room carpet), the outdoor pool had no water in it, the sidewalks had more weeds growing from them than the grass, windows/sliding glass doors were smashed or damaged, bedspreads were torn, fitness equipment (2 machines) were rusted out and not working, hot tub had garbage lying around it, etc. It was a very disappointing stay.

Positives: Nothing!

Negatives: It was dirty and disgusting.

Lobby was the only thing clean my kids even asked if they can sleep in the truck.

Not bad for a couple of nights family stay. Considering it as a motel instead of hotel, you will feel better when you get there.
