A few minutes walk to town, very convenient. Views are great, lounge entertainment was fantastic, prices hard to beat. Not sure why other reviews are negative, I have stayed here several times and .....

Rooms are small. Parking is not free. Upgrades to a larger room are too much. For the price we paid we could have easily stayed at a better hotel such as the Fairmont.

Great water views, (an upgrade gives wonderful views) comfortable beds, nicely furnished, clean, friendly staff, wonderful cocktail lounge (right on water).

Negatives: No complaints (do have approx a 10 min. Walk to town which could be a little wet in windy, inclement weather.

This hotel is in a great location right on the water on the inner harbor. A very nice hotel, however, there was no newspapers at your doorstep every morning, you need to go the bar to get a bottle of .....

Seemed like needed some upkeep. Halls dark, dreary. Fake flowers on entrance table. Seemed to be struggling. Some repair needed on our ceiling. Needs something.
