Property very beautiful, but ...
Standard room was very sub-standard. Would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Positives: Beautiful property on ocean.

Negatives: Carpet dirty and not vacuumed, bathroom floors very dirty with long hairs all over bathroom floor. Bathroom flooring in very bad condition with cracks and black marks all over it. Dirt in sink and tub area, night table and clock radio covered with thick dust. No ice available in motel, no coffee in room, only 3 stations available on TV. Blankets old and need replacing, poor pillows. Need more towel racks in bathroom. One washcloth so flimsy you could see through it. Extremely flimsy toilet paper.
