Free parking is nice and pool is there to use, but it was dirty.

Positives: Was able to change smoking to non smoking room, friendly staff.
Negatives: Pool was dirty with no towels, would rather stay in a motel in PEI over this place.

The Best Western Charlottetown has all the basic amenities that a traveler needs. Rooms are clean and each include coffee and tea. Staff was friendly. When our coffee maker broke down, the .....
