Extremely disappointed with our stay there. The staff at the hotel did their best but overall the stay was brutal and a disgrace.

This is not even a 1 star hotel, I went shopping and bought a pair of nice expensive shoes that went missing the very next time I left my room, and when I went to complain at the front desk they told .....

It was a beautiful hotel in a good location. There was a parking charge of $10.50 per night that we were unaware of. Everyone was very helpful in all our questions. Pool cleaning was done on Monday .....

Positives: There were no problems at all at checking in ... everything was already taken care of.

Negatives: My daughter used the stairs going to the pool and cut a slash in her foot as she wasn't wearing shoes.
