Very nice location, sunsets and lake. Unfortunetly the owners will make it a miserable stay. They run the park like an army and there is punishment for every broken rule, you will be yelled at and a pink slip with your name on it will be waiting for you at the front entry. There are a lot of rules that change and new rules get created as needed, you don't get to see the rules when you sign your lease but you will be finding them out as you break them without knowing. This park has a lot of good people but every season someone is leaving, it's sad to see that the owners make people feel like kids that need discipline.
Positives: Location, lake.
Negatives: owners , rules

Unfortunately the reviews already submitted give a very accurate and truthful description of this campground.
It cound be a very pleasurable area for family. The owners have absolutely no people skills and make it impossible to enjoy oneself. Their attitude, their rules and the rudenss are unacceptable. Although most campgrounds in the surrounding area have waiting list, this campground is almost empty. Conflicts are par for the course with most tennants. A word of caution... WARNING!!! Never buy before you stay there for at lest a month or so and talk to other campers and NEVER build anything permanent. If you decide to try it out, you will not be sorry if you heed this advice.
A fellow camper, trying to be helpful
Positives: nice lake,
lots of trees
Negatives: Owners are rude
Costs are excessive since he has to make as much money as possible with very few tennants

The ppl who own the place come of nice but really are 2 not!! the park is not taken care of. They dont like kids they told us our 2 and 4 year olds were to load at the park. The park is old and un safe. Too many dumb rules for a family park bathrooms are closed at 7 pm . WE only stayed half year and 2 trailers of us pulled out. He also would turn off the shower on u if u went over the 5 min rule!! I would not tell anyone to go there over the last year 6 trailers pulled out and moved to our new park up the road where the oweners know how to treat ppl. If u want o wast your time and money go check it out!
Positives: NOTHING!!!!!
Negatives: Everything about this park most of all the owners!!! dONT KNOW HOW TO TALK OR TREAT PPL OR KIDS.

This is totally not a "family" resort. The owners really prefer adults and have next to nothing for children to do. The description says "quiet" because they simply expect you to not make any noise at all. The public bathrooms close at 7pm, so if you are going, plan to use your own trailer washroom. If you are camping in a tent, then you have to pee in the nature, but don't let the owners know, because they will have something to say about it. Simply, be prepared that they are watching you and expect you to follow all of their rules to a T!

We stayed at the park for two seasons, nice small park with large lots located on a beautiful lake .Never had any issues with trailer owners all of them very nice people. If you are a person who has a problem following stupid, ridiculous, childish, and sometimes embarassing rules this not the place for you.The owners do not have a clue on how to run a customer oriented business and that is apparent by all the empty lots and trailers for sale in the park.Dont be fooled by the nice gentleman named Henry who will be giving you the tour because after you commit he will turn into his alter ego ,who will make your stay there hell until you decide to leave as we did.
Positives: location,large lots
Negatives: old bathrooms close at 7pm,owners ,ridiculous rules, owners will nickle and dime you to death.

Let's start by saying we are a very respectful family. Stayed in this park 2 seasons,, 2 toooo....long.... Owners pretend to be nice to have you sign up.. and then... surprise they change into Jeckyl and Hyde. You don't get the rule book until after you pay your site fees. The main bathroom is closed alot and if you have a shower longer than 5 minutes they turn the water off on you. As for kids or teens forget it the owners don't like them and don't want them out of your trailer. The people on sites in the park are very nice but, the stress of just pulling up the laneway and doing 5km /hour or expect to be yelled at is way too distracting. My idea of getting away is not sitting on pins and needles all weekend and whispering at a fire so you don't get yelled at by the owners. What a shame, could be a great place with new owners that know how to run a business.
Positives: Good Lake
Good Location
Negatives: POOR MANAGEMENT WITH NO PEOPLE SKILLS
NOT BEING ALLOWED TO DO ANYTHING
