Noise from other guests was brutal. Would not stay here again. Hotel staff did intervene but only after several complaints and hours. Too late to get any good sleep. Staff was friendly the day after .....

The hotel is beautiful, we enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool. They should make sure that the pool and facilities are fully functional at all times. The staff was very accommodating. .....

Very good location to go to Toronto, nice rooms which are a bit to dark but big enough with good beds and well equipped You get a bit more then expected for the price you pay. I would say 8 from 10 .....
