Great location, no indoor pool, costly parking fees almost the same price of the room!

Positives: Great location to theater districts, subway, Chinatown, garment district and restaurants.
Negatives: No indoor pool, outrageous parking costs which was even self parking no valet service.

This is the old Holiday Inn and they've done some upgrades, rooms are clean, and staff was really nice.

Overall, I would say this hotel was nice, but not deluxe. Unlike the Sheraton where we stayed the prior two nights, there was no public Internet access without a huge fee. The bathroom in our room .....

Unfriendliness of the staff. Kept calling the front-desk to ask about the list of TV channels, but got an incorrect response on each occasion. Not enough pillows for two people. No extra set of .....

The hotel is in a prime spot of the the south Toronto downtown area. Great location with good restaurants and night life. The hotel was renovated and looked really updated. The pool was not as warm .....

Great location in theatre district easy walk to all major locations, lots of restaraunts nearby with good selection and price, parking was $25.00 for 24 hours which suited us and is market price for .....

Hotel is in a nice location with nice restaurants across the street. Room should have been cleaner and maintenance had to be called more than once to fix the lights. Bathroom door jammed. Smoke alarm .....

This hotel was cool and sheik. The staff at the front desk was extremely quick, informative, and friendly. The room had a cool view of the city and a modern mellow atmosphere. I would definitely stay .....

I would stay here again because of its location. Two elevators out of service on a holiday weekend since they were being replaced. Pool too small and therefore it was crowded. Housecleaning of refuse .....

Hotel was in a good location, but charged for any extra person after 2 people in each room. Mixed up my bill at check-out. Cleaning staff was eager to clean room and came in at 9:30 am and 10:00 am.
