This is a nice ski type lodge hotel. The layout is a bit maze like until you get used to it. The amenities are clean and functional. The room itself was a 4 twin bed kitchenette type suite. The .....

Positives: It was convenient, clean and spacious with staff that was friendly, professional and accommodating.
Negatives: I almost had to pay twice at time of check out for the room due to some error but the mistake was handled quickly and professionally.

Liked it, would go back, good location a few blocks from main Banff shopping, plenty of parking. Quiet, though our ground floor room had no view at all.

I found it clean and comfortable. The loft room was nice. Hotel is wood cedar construction. Desk staff was very efficient. Seemed to have nice hot tub, but I did not have time to try it.
