Its a great hotel, in a great location! The higher floor rooms have a great view! The room was clean! The staff was friendly. I had no issues with the hotel, and it was a wonderful stay! Underground .....

No right turns on red lights here! Followed the GPS to the hotel and it led us to an odd corner which the hotel is on couldn't find the parking for the place and when we finally did we got pulled .....

Positives: Staff was great-We changed rooms during our stay and I'd left my jewelry bag in a drawer- housekeeping had kept it intact and security brought it to me.
Negatives: Shower room in the pool area needs upkeep- it was clean but a bit shabby.

Fabulous location, convenient access to Transit and Rail. Possesses all the charm of an older Hotel without feeling like you're missing out on any amenities. Rooms are a decent size, but would prefer .....

Lack of indication in the hotel as to where is the lobby (coming from the underground parking), where is the restaurant. Lack of proper information of the surrounding attractions, bars, restaurants, .....

I think our entire stay was very smooth. From check in to check out. Every little request was met with promptly. I loved that we asked for extra towels, we got them within 10 mins and another 10 mins .....

The CC is still a landmark hotel in Montreal. However, the room furnishings and upholstery were worn and in need of an update.

The hotel has good location near metro and staffs were very friendly and helpful. But the room is very small and so is the bathroom. The cleaness was just ok, the carpet in our room had obvious stain .....

Good location, rooms are average, the staff was reasonable, they helped us in finding a good fondue restaurant, I didn't like their parking they have 2 types valet and self parking, you have to pay .....

My husband had always admired the exterior of the Marriott chateau Champlain; we were all pleased at the loveliness of the interior. Our family of four was treated kindly even though we did not speak .....

Negatives: The pool heater was broken and the pool was closed. The hot tub was 106'f, an unsafe temperature.

Very nice hotel. Two blocks from the bell centre and a 10 minute walk from shopping. Parking is not through the hotel and is $18/day without in/out privileges ($24/day for the valet) great location .....

Excellent rooms, friendly bilingual staff, clean no disappointments at all. Would love to stay there again anytime. Valet always on time no hold ups. Best hotel bed I can ever recall sleeping in.
