The unknown ongoing remodeling work was an unpleasant addition to an otherwise mediocre hotel stay. It is about a half hour walk to Niagara Falls itself and the falls tourist areas. The rooms were .....

Staff were friendly and hotel was very clean. Pool area was very nice and relaxing. The restaurant has fast, friendly service and good food.

Positives: It has lots of entertainment for the little ones as well as the adults.
Negatives: It has a "spot" that non-guests like to visit, but these people have no consideration for sleeping guests.

Restaurants were excellent value and great food. Alot of flies in our room. Air conditioner worked well. Mice in the pool area.

Great place for families with young children. Pool is perfect size for them and the staff is friendly, upbeat and helpful.

Rooms very clean and large. They gave us a free upgrade but I didn't ask why. They faced onto the indoor gardens and indoor pool. Nice pool side bar with giant TV screen.

The hotel boosted two queens but it felt like to doubles, otherwise the room was perfect for a family. The hotel has a wonderful staff, and a fantastic pool, play center. Great for a family.

Great place, I will go back. Not much time for the adults to enjoy the pool and hot tubs, should be later times, so we adults could enjoy, without the kids.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The pool is only 4 ft. deep at the deepest end. We had to deal with people in 4 different rooms partying and keeping us all night from their drinking. We .....

This hotel was horrible! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was clean but that was the only upside to it. The pool was only 4 ft. deep at the deepest end, not very good for the adults in .....

It was more than we expected for the price. Comfortable beds, clean room and facilities, nice/helpful staff. It was a little further from the falls than we thought but it had free parking. Nice area .....

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and the pool was great for the kids. (Most of) the staff was very helpful. Restaurant was good and quiet. My only complaint was the beds were .....

The lobby of the hotel is beautifully decorated and very inviting. The pool area is very kid-friendly and didn't have the usual aroma of chlorine. There were so many things available at the hotel .....

Positives: I really liked that my grandchildren were able to make use of the hotel pool. It was very kid-friendly.
Negatives: I did not like that you could hear your neighbors in the adjoining rooms and also what was going on out in the hallway.

The staff was outstanding and went so far as to make our dinner reservations for us at another local restaurant. Our original room had a heating issue and we were upgraded to a beautiful suite that .....
