For staying in the Toronto area this hotel was a great value. I would have paid twice as much staying downtown when you include the parking and no free breakfast in many hotels. But we didn't have to pay for parking and had a free breakfast. Also, there was a shopping center right next door which was convenient.

Positives: They had a nice indoor pool, small fitness room and good breakfast in the morning.

Negatives: The hot tub near the pool was just Luke warm.

We called and requested a wake-up call for in the morning. We also had called the front desk to complain about the foul smell of the room. We did not receive a call back and no wake-up call either.

Positives: Continental breakfast was satisfactory.

Negatives: No wake up call when requested, rooms smelled like smoke.
