If you stay here make sure to have a renovated room. The bed almost tipped over when I sat on the end. The rooms were not sound proof at all. The bathroom was dirty the whole time we stayed there. .....

The hotel in general was fine; the room was pretty clean and neat. The only negative experience was one of the front desk clerks, who were very rude, and not very helpful. This happened at check in, .....

Stayed in a renovated room which was ok. Requested the bedding to be changed and it wasn't plus there were crackers on the floor which weren't from us and were there the full time we stayed there and .....

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was in a good location and had all the amenities right on site. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is still under upgrades, but can see the improvements in progress. .....

Positives: The beds were very comfortable it was so nice to have a great nights sleep.

Negatives: Found left over garbage from previous guest nest to the bed and found it to need a little more cleaning, was a cleaner myself.

We noticed other floors were not remodeled and needed lots of fix-ups. Elevators are small with dirty carpet. Water park had lifeguards, nice but, is getting old.

Room cleanliness OK, but broken things listed above indicate employees don't check these things. Lobby being refurbished, but ceilings had cracks and water damage. Gives a shabby appearance. .....

Worst hotel ever stayed in. We had problems with the cleaning staff being extremely rude. So we spoke to the manager about it....he couldn't have cared less, he hardly said a word to us and just .....
