The hotel exceeded my expectations for a 3-star level. I really appreciated the free Wi-Fi and complimentary printing in the business center, (which is often not free even in 4-star hotels!) The .....

My only issue was the fact that I had to pay extra for parking, I believe it was $20/day extra. Besides that I enjoyed the hotel.

The only thing that disappointed us was when we checked in and were surprised that we would have to pay for parking. The way it was described to us we could pay for valet parking but we should also .....

Although parking was expensive (~$20 over night), we did stay at a prime location Downtown Edmonton. Hotel staff upgraded us to a larger room at no extra charge despite reservations through .....

All you paying for is the name, there is no swimming pool or gym and no flat screen TV, parking is ridiculous. it costs 30 a night outside and 22 for valet, at the coast hotel down the street parking .....

This hotel is located on the a ridge overlooking a river valley, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, there is no pool or spa which is unfortunate.

The hotel is right on the edge of a cliff overlooking the river valley with spectacular views. Some of the rooms are conventional and some are very large but unusual, with the closet in the washroom. .....

It wasnt hard to find parking - but it was hard to decide which one belongs to the hotel! The absence of a valet person outside of the hotel didn't help my case. The entire '15-minute valet parking' .....
