While the room was nice the service at the hotel was terrible. When we got there my partner and I were not explained about any features with our room such as the pool, where it was or if we even had .....

We stayed here for our wedding. They upgraded our room as we needed for our 2 year old and a regular sized room would be too small. We had a great stay at the Westin.

The room was very comfortable, the linen of the beds were of a high quality. It is very quiet and I like the idea of a separate elevator for the guests who use the pool. I did not like to be charge .....

Positives: When we lost power the hotel provided sandwiches and juices for everyone. That was nice.

The room (2 double beds) was very small. The bathroom and decor in general is quite dated. It was very noisy (near our room anyway). Partying went on until at least 5am. Our "harbour view" .....
