Quite an experience to share with my fellow American travelers: while this particular hotel wasn't friendly at all to non French speaking guests, my best hope is, not every hotel located in hull .....

Positives: Only one of the hotel staff was very friendly and trying to be helpful.

Negatives: The hotel manager deliberately denied non smoking customers of switching to non smoking rooms even though the rooms were available.

The hotel seems to be very old. Location is interesting because it is very closely to Ottawa downtown located, just cross the bridge and you are there. Paying $7 per day for parking is a bit .....

Negatives: Very old, not renovated for long time.
