Location is good.

Like I said the room was not very big. First a room was offered to us beside the restaurant backdoor, beside the smelly garbage bins and broken wooden steps to the parking lot.
Positives: The View.
Negatives: The AC was leaking, the Carpet was wet. The space between the bed and the Window was about 8 inches, not to much room to walk around the bed at all.

Pleasant staff, convenient location and clean, renovated rooms with nice amenities. We had a ground floor room. Water temp in the shower was highly unpredictable, occasional moments of scalding or freezing with no warning. The hotel smelled like the kitchen exhaust fan from the attached restaurant was blowing straight into the ground floor. Every footstep made in the hall was audible in the room due to the wood floors.
Positives: It was clean and appeared to have been recently remodeled.
Negatives: The smell of the attached restaurant pervaded everything.

This hotel would be great for business travelers or short-leisure trips. It was extremely clean and had a few extra perks that made my stay more enjoyable (free wireless internet, Jacuzzi tub, etc.).
Positives: Clean, good location, Jacuzzi tub.
Negatives: Front desk staff was not very friendly.

Negatives: All but 8 rooms on lower level. Did not like patio doors.

Not worth the money; it is talked about as being an Inn. Nothing more than a motel. Noisy location
