Negatives: Their policy of not allowing hockey sticks in the room, these sticks are valuable.

Positives: The first room I was assigned smelled like cigarettes, called front desk and someone personally came to deliver new keys and escort me to new room.

Negatives: Liked it all and would recommend.

Very good experience, have stayed here twice and great service, clean rooms every time. Rooms are big and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to major routes.

Positives: The presentation of the bathroom was spectacular. Special attention to detail. Amazing!

Negatives: The refrigerator was sealed shut - couldn't use it to keep our juice cold without paying for the bar.

I was impressed with this hotel. It exceeded my expectations of a Holiday Inn. The decor was tasteful and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for my needs.

Negatives: When I called ahead of checking in, the staff member did not know where the Glen Abbey golf club was and had difficulty understanding English.

This hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The staff at the desk were friendly and greeted us on arrival. We received a paper daily. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
