Overall experience was very good. Did not like having to switch rooms after adding 1 night when the hotel was clearly not full. Also did not like when I called to request a non smoking room.

Hotel website says that breakfast is free, so my wife and I go to the restaurant and start eating, 10 min later someone come up and asked us about our breakfast coupon, we told them that your website .....

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Mississauga with our basketball team that was participating a tournament over Memorial Day weekend. Everything was fine until we went to leave on Monday morning around .....

After checking in to my room, the toilet overflowed the next morning flooding the bathroom. I spent 30 minutes cleaning up and bailing out the bowl contents. The problem was noted to the front staff .....

Simple, clean hotel. A bit out of the way but fairly priced. I would give it a 2- 2.5 star rating instead of the 3 star rating. Small washrooms and 1 of 4 ice machines I tried worked. Super friendly .....

The hotel concierge refused to put us in a suite with a queen or king size bed. This is absurd since I did not request 2 twin beds.

The hotel room was clean we stayed there for 3 days but there was a huge problem, there was no micro wave that caused many problem we could not heat up any food and especially if you have children .....

I travel to Mississauga often on business. The Holiday Inn was better than the other hotels that I have tried there in a similar price range. Very conveniently located. Very clean. The room was nice .....
