Everything was great. The hotel staff was very friendly. It's very close to the clubs, if you are looking to go clubbing. They did, however, run out of ice. They need more ice machines.

I really liked the hotel, very clean, and great staff. However, one night my room had things stolen from it. Some drunken kids in the room next to us were really ridiculous.

Access to parking was small dirty and repulsive. Also it looked to be partly under construction. Would not want to take children into dirty surroundings such as that.

When we got there the elevator was down and only one person offered to help us with our luggage, to the top of the eight floors. Only had an hour to get ready for a wedding, which made us late .....

Just remodeled. The drapes fell off. They fixed them. The sheer drapes fell. They didn't fix it. The electrical outlet cover and plug pulled completely out of the wall exposing live electrical wires .....

When I first arrived to this hotel, they had me sign a bunch of rules such as no slamming doors, no acting out in the hallways, no talking in hallways after midnight, no extra people in the room at .....

The Hotel is in the center of nightlife in Windsor. You can just park in the hotel and walk everywhere and not have to worry about walking too far or driving anywhere. The staff was friendly and the .....
