Positives: The staff was nice.

Negatives: The room was a mess, holes in the rug, smoke burns on the floor, made the bed but didn't give out more room supplies.

It was ranked as a 4 star hotel but was anything but run down, paint peeling off the walls and stains all over the carpets.

The hotel is falling behind on maintenance. A swimming pool would be nice. This hotel does not rate one star.

We absolutely loved the hotel except for the most rudimentary level of our room. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated the internet access. Julie's Bistro in the lobby was excellent in every way.

Good place to stay. I had brought my children and they seemed to have fun. There is no pool or waterslide, however there is a new games room with lots of stuff to entertain them. My husband and I .....
