This hotel appears to have undergone some renovations and modernization. Cleanliness was excellent but simple things weren't right. For example, ice machines were only on every other floor, .....

It worked perfect for me as I was attending the World Games for one day. I kind of wished I could have used more of the hotel because it was so nice. But I had to see the games!

Positives: Room was whisper quiet, bed was like sleeping on a cloud.
Negatives: We travel with a 4 lb spoiled dog and were shocked when we arrived to discover that we had to pay an extra $65 for her to stay with us!

Beautiful hotel with great spa and exercise facilities. Large, tastefully appointed rooms with cozy linens. Graceful, long granite vanity in large washroom. I would easily recommend this hotel to .....

Negatives: The air conditioning in my room did not work both nights. It was repaired the first night, but was still not operating by the second night.

The hotel is currently under renovation and therefore it did not appear to be that neat in appearance at present. The transportation is considered convenient because it's near the highway.

Under renovation, but not intrusively so, this is at or above standard expectations for a Sheraton. Paying for parking in a suburban town was unexpected, but the lot under the hotel was convenient.

Beautiful hotel, they gave us a great king size room. Quiet area. Staff was very helpful. There is shopping in area, and it is really convenient to hwy 1. The only downside was that the pool/spa was .....
