Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room spacious and clean. Beds squeaked. Food was just OK, the Sheraton on the Falls had a better breakfast. View was good, but others have a better view of the falls.

This hotel made our stay worth the while, we had a breathtaking view on the 27th floor, the kids loved it. The package we got with Priceline included breakfast for 2 adults and free for kids under 4 made things easier and cheaper for us in the long run.

Positives: The view after the 25th floors are amazing! Anything bellow is Ok. Don't book for the 24th, you'll miss out on the view (my sister had that room).

Negatives: $20 per day for parking. However, most hotel charge extra for parking, so go figure.

The view was great, the hotel was nice, and clean. I could not get the key to my room until 2 hours after the advertised time. I had to wait in line 3 times to check in and get my key. Elevator wait time was long.

Check-in was below par for 4 star hotel. Neither bellman or luggage cart were available. Front desk staff was not particularly helpful or friendly, but the tour desk staffers were absolutely great. Helped with my lost car keys and provided good info for our trip up to Toronto.

I will never stay at that hotel ever again. They never mentioned a parking fee and so the day I left, I found out that I was paying 25.00 dollars a day for an outdoor parking lot that was attached to the building. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they were plain old Canadian rude. Don't stay there.

We had a wonderful stay and we loved our room. But there was no continental breakfast and we felt that twenty dollars a day for our car was way too expensive.

Positives: I loved the full length window view of the falls from our room.

Great hotel, view is incredible. You're better off buying the attraction passes on the street, the hotel is too expensive. The staff didn't inform us of the $5 hotel shuttle until the last day. The overall stay was great though, I would definitely go back. Niagara on the lake was beautiful.

The hotel was very pretty with a good view of the falls if you pay a lot more for the room. The casino was a good walk from the hotel especially when it is cold outside. All of the restaurants in the area were over priced. Clifton hill area is much more enjoyable, more things to do and less expensive. I would not recommend the falls view area for anyone unless they want to spend a lot of cash and only want to gamble and see the falls.

When we do travel to Niagara Falls again, I will most likely look for a hotel more centrally located and one that offers free parking. The hotel was clean, but some of the employees were not as friendly as you might expect. The food at the steakhouse was great though.

The hotel was in a great location. Rooms were very clean, quite and comfortable. The restaurant had a wonderful view and the food was great. We have stayed at this hotel before and we will stay there again.

The location was great for viewing the falls. The parking is expensive even for the area, the hotels around it, as well as the other Sheraton, were half the price. The elevators are horribly slow.
