Positives: It is secluded and has beautiful views. We also enjoyed the pool.

Negatives: It did not have their own BBQ stove.

Tunnel Mountain was perfect for the needs of my stay. It was far enough from downtown Banff that there was still a rustic feel - but it is on a slightly busy roadway, and the positioning of my suite .....

Positives: I liked the geographical location of the hotel, far enough from the city, but close enough to visit.

Negatives: There was some obvious general upkeep required of the room, ceiling work, plastering - but did not affect my enjoyment of the stay.

This hotel was a good choice for our stay in Banff. The staff was friendly and helpful. We chose a standard room which was big enough for 2 (more than 2 would have been crowded). The in-room .....
