The hotel staff were friendly. The food was good in the restaurant, and the overall experience was good. We used this hotel as a stopover for connecting flights and were a bit disappointed to find out how long the commute was. I would not consider this to be an "airport hotel".

The worst hotel I have been to. This does not deserve a star at all. The sheets make my skin itchy. They don't even change the sheets between customers. The sheets are full of hairs. It's not safe for you and your family's health. The beds are adjustable but it's not comfortable. It creaks everytime you turn in bed. I was not able to sleep at all because It feels very dirty. I have to put a towel to cover the pillows because it smells and it has hairs from the past customers. They don't even change the pillow cases. I have to change rooms because the first one was just filthy. They moved me to another room and it still feels the same. The key cards don't work either. The worst hotel I have been to.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and quiet. The lobby has a friendly inviting feel to it. I love the fact that there was a huge picture on the wall honoring a housekeeper that had been there for many years. Though we didn't realize it until we got off, we had the privilege riding the elevator with this lady. She was friendly and it seemed like she would be a hard worker. That fact that she has been there for so many years says a lot about the administration and even the co-workers. We will stay there again.

Positives: I loved the bedding. The sheets were nice and smooth.

Negatives: I can't think of anything.

Would stay here again in a moment. Great shuttle service to and from airport (complimentary). Cutest little coffee maker that actually had GOOD coffee!

Hotel was fair in a good location. Pool was closed while we were there which was not announced prior to booking. Room was not suitable for a family of 4 and no changes could be made due to availability. Parking was free, but hard to find a spot.

Being unfamiliar with Calgary, this hotel was wrongfully cited as near the airport. Though apparently re-furbished, it is still outdated and does not meet the star rating indicated. The thermostat never worked so the room was hot and stuffy. Though the window could be opened, that involved loud traffic noise and unsafe conditions. This hotel is not up to Radisson standards, nor is the staff.

Positives: The room service attendant was very helpful and food acceptable.

Negatives: Room was cramped; desk staff curt; too far to airport.

Shuttle is not frequent enough - not a dedicated driver (also buses dishes) - long wait for pickup - way too early getting to airport - perhaps it should not be called an airport hotel - other nearby hotel shuttles came through 3or4 times before ours arrived.

Negatives: The shuttle only runs once per hour on the hour.

Softball tournament going on and noise in the hallway was awful. Was not able to rest completely until 4:00am when the party died down. Many complaints were made.

Positives: Very clean and nicely decorated.

Negatives: Requested 2 beds as I was traveling with my teenage son. When I checked in I had a queen bed. They apologized and opened sofa bed for son.

Hotel was convenient to airport, downtown and highway 1. Lobby is spacious, if a little drab. Many chain restaurants within a short drive, but none within safe walking distance and nothing one would write home about.

The hotel was very attractive and our room was clean. the air conditioner was not working in our room when we first arrived, but maintenance fixed the problem quickly.

Nice hotel, looks like every room had a balcony. The hotel entrance was very appealing; when we arrived Friday the two staff members were great. Can not remember the girl’s name at the front desk wish I did, she was working with another that evening and he was super. They were very accommodating and both did their jobs well, very people friendly.

Positives: Extremely friendly, staff upon arrival, spacious entry, very clean.

Negatives: The room was a bit small having the two queen size beds and entry into out room was tight could not have more than one person at the doorway.

Hotel was fine except the coffee pot had not been washed out, there was an empty beer can on my balcony and cigarette papers and a baggie which I'm assuming had pot in it was stuck between the railing of the balcony and the wall. I hope the sheets and floor and bathroom were cleaned better.

Nicely updated accommodation, good service but very noisy on the highway side of the hotel. Renovations in progress make relaxation unlikely. Pool area is dismal. Rooms face onto the Trans-Canada highway, a major truck route so don't expect much sleep even though the beds are great.

We read a lot bad reviews about this hotel. We stayed here two separate days and were very pleased with everything. The hotel is in renovation and did not bother us since we were out during the day. We used the shutter service to and from the airport. We were picked up within 20 minutes after we made the call. We requested to take us to the airport, the bus driver came on time the next morning at 6:00 am. The room and bath room are spacious and very clean, the bed even has adjustable control for firmness. On top they provided refrigerator and the microwave oven, one free water bottle I stayed at downtown Hyatt Regency, it did not provide any of those amenities and I paid $25 parking. The parking is free too. The hotel is being remodeled and looked really good. The front desk people are very courteous and helpful.

Nice hotel but not really 3-star upscale. The lobby gave a good first impression. The room was very clean and in good condition though the carpet needed replacing. The room was noisy from street noises and hall noises. And area the hotel was located in felt somewhat commercial/industrial and wasn't near any city or visitor attractions.

Hotel was under renovation so no door or window could be opened. 1st floor rooms were icky and felt old but hotel moved willingly to 6th floor. It was newer and okay. Hotel was quiet and people were nice. Bar and bartender were good.

I found a piece of a cracker in my bed, the floor was dirty, the ice bucket and glasses in the room were not refreshed daily and there was a finger nail clipping in the drawer beside the bed. I complained to the front desk, twice, but it did not improve things very much.

Our room was adequate and clean. However, I have never seen such an unclean pool area. The tiles at the bottom of the pool were filthy with what looked like mold or mildew. I was afraid to use the pool or hot tub.

Positives: It was fairly convenient and most of the staff was helpful.

Negatives: We were out sightseeing and when we returned to the hotel, our room door was open. The pool & hot tub were not clean.

This hotel is easy to get to from the main highway and airport. The staff is friendly and the main lobby is very classy. There is a nice lounge as well as a restaurant but their prices are very high. We liked the fact that the pool and Jacuzzi were not busy and we basically had them all to ourselves. I would stay there again.

This hotel was dreary, dingy and depressing. It is in dire need of remodeling and updating. Good location, but unattractive and uncomfortable accommodations.

This hotel is a two star hotel. They also do not wash their water glasses and coffer mugs that are provided in the room. A quick rinse by the housekeeper and back on the vanity. Disgusting. Complaints to both the housekeeping manager and the General Manager failed to resolve the issue. The problem remained throughout the four night stay.

Negatives: The hotel has unsanitary housekeeping practices.

The hotel itself was nice, but considering the majority of our time was in the room, I was disappointed with the room size. In addition, there was a continuous machine sound which was annoying.
