Well located with all possible amenities for a brief stay in London. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. No complaints.

Positives: The entrance was clean and front desk staff friendly and helpful. The guest rooms were spacious and well equipped (microwave, fridge etc).

Negatives: To me I thought our room smelled a bit of stale smoke although it was a non-smoking room.

The staff were great (from the front reservation to the pool to the cleaning staff). All were friendly, had wonderful customer service and were very approachable. Any concern I had was dealt with and they treated us exceptionally well. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, very clean! Highly recommend the hotel!

Positives: The staff was great and had wonderful customer service. The pool attendees were friendly and customer oriented. Felt like home.

Negatives: The fan in the room was constantly going. Something the staff were looking into. Still a great place. :)

I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago and it seems to have declined since then. While it appears upscale, a closer look reveals the lack of care -- dirty cups with the coffee maker, bathroom not as clean as it should be, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is great.

Positives: Convenient location, it was where I needed to be!

Negatives: It wasn't as clean as I would have expected, toilet clogged/sluggish.

For God sakes, if you have to pay full price for this place please don't do it. The place was dirty, old and dingy looking. Rooms dirty, bathroom dirty. Carpet not vacuumed. Couldn't regulate heat. It was either sauna hot or freezing cold. Restaurant was even worse. Would not recommend at all. Stay away!! Go to Motel 8.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. Nicely updated. It was quiet as well.

Positives: Nice spacious room.

Negatives: The restaurant was lacking, need someone in charge to make sure things were filled: silverware, butter, buffet food, we had to ask for all 3.

I have stayed here before. The rooms are nice, and clean. Offers coffee in the room, and irons. (a must have). Close to many amenities. Staff friendly and informative.

Positives: White bedding. Complimentary apples at front desk. Informative.

Negatives: Front door parking was limited.

Nothing extravagant, as clean as it can be for the "run down" old look it has.

Positives: Location, close to everything especially Boston Pizza.

Hotel is about a mile from exit 186 off of route 401, also has a barbecue eatery attached which I've never been in- barby is expensive and hard for me to digest.

I loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were really cozy. The staff were normally courteous and friendly. The only thing I was upset about was the fact that the pool and hot tub were being renovated and that's why I wanted to stay at this hotel. The staff was not helpful at all when I complained that this was not disclosed.

Positives: Clean comfortable rooms and close to lots of restaurants.

Negatives: The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations.

The only downfall was the construction that was going on, they were right outside our window so the curtains had to be closed at all times except after 5 when they were done.

This was my 2nd stay within 8 months at this hotel & I again stayed 9 nights. Enjoyed my stay. Room was very spacious even with 2 double beds. Great nights sleep on their Sleep Number bed & ample comfortable pillows. In-room mini frig was useful.

Positives: Large, bright and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Friendly &amp; accommodating staff. Free Wi-Fi in room.

Negatives: Room could use a bit updating in decor. Slow elevators. Trouble with in-room phone. Some things in room could have been cleaner.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was very comfortable with complimentary coffee machine and small fridge. Pillow top bed and duvet style bedding was an extra bonus for weary travelers.

Positives: Bed was very comfortable.

Negatives: Obviously broken lamp - had to tighten light bulb and the shade was also broken. Minor but very odd to see this in such a beautiful room.

This is a comfortable, quiet, well appointed room. Clean and attractive room. I found the beds comfortable but my spouse did not like the sleep number bed.

Basically satisfied with this transaction. Had a bit of trouble with internet, but front desk directed me to proper help desk and was up and running in no time. Concerned about paying $2.98 for a bottle of water. TV's were a bit small for room of this quality.

Good comfortable hotel, would definitely recommend to family or friends. Convenient location (was spending the night because a family member was in the London hospital) very close to hospital and restaurants.
