Staff and service were excellent, and so was the available breakfast. Area was clean and tidy and so were the rooms. My daughter's service dog was accepted without a word being said [much .....

About the only good thing I can say about the Holiday Inn Express is that it is close to the Vancouver Place cruise ship terminal (about 10 minutes or less by cab) and the Hastings Street bus goes .....

Negatives: Bathroom needed additional cleaning, fire false alarm, poorly lit crowded breakfast room with no windows.

It is located on the wrong end of East Hastings in an area that is "transitional." There is some building going on and there's a new Starbuck's, so there's hope. Crazy-people section of town to do .....

Secured parking is reassuring considering you are on east Hastings. Close to highway #1 and a transit stop. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Besides being in a not so great location this is a .....

Very small breakfast dining area with people waiting for tables. A decent tax ride to the central city. Staff okay, accommodation okay.

Fantastic location with respect to the Pacific Coliseum and PNE. Staff pleasant but not well versed. Was double billed before they listened to me explained that I had already paid.

The hotel and the room were a lot nicer than I expected. It was not in a bad part of town, but there are some sketchy areas downtown. Being a single woman traveling alone, I felt very secure. They .....

All staff was friendly & helpful. We arrived after midnight (and could not use free shuttle service) but were greeted by staff on hand and our room was upgraded since they were full. Although hotel .....

Shuttle picked us up at airport as scheduled and was very courteous. Front desk very helpful. Room was very spacious and would have liked to spend more time there. Beds were fantastic. Breakfast also .....

Easy to book on the net. A fair way from the airport. handy shuttle to the cruise ship. friendly helpful staff, though front desk was often unattended. comfortable lounge area to wait for the shuttle .....
