Overall a clean and central location. We would go back again if the opportunity presents itself again.
Positives: Nice continental breakfast.
Negatives: It was a smoking room and in order to change room to a non-smoking it would have cost an extra 30.00.

Location was great. The hotel staff was pleasant and it's a pay for what you get. The room location was terrible, next to the stairs and door way and right besides the bar which was noisy all night. If you are sound sleeper, this is for you. The room was clean and the breakfast fair.

Was perfect for what we needed, which was a comfortable place to sleep after begin out all day. Wouldn't want to spend a lot of time in the room as it was very small.

This was a very convenient, clean hotel close to the waterfront and an interesting downtown. We knew it would not be a 5* but would serve our needs. We enjoyed our stay in Orillia.
Positives: It was close to the Boardwalk and the downtown.
Negatives: Staff was very friendly. We were upgraded to a King bed.

Within walking distance of restaurants, Downtown, waterfront, and marina. Staff very helpful. The rooms are extremely small, and beds are doubles or singles only. Outdoor bar was very noisy-loud music.

We only stayed for 5 hours to sleep and slept well. No real complaints except that there was no elevator which is not good for traveling with luggage.
Positives: The bathroom was clean. The location was good.
Negatives: No elevator.

This hotel is located downtown on the waterfront. An older hotel renovated and found it very clean. People at the desk were very nice. A 2 star hotel should be higher. Continental breakfast is also included. Did not try the Bristol attached to the hotel.

My wife and I were very comfortable the room was spotless as well the bathroom was squeaky clean. I slept solo good on that king size bed! We found the staff to be quite friendly---hey Nancy! The hotel is situated steps away from the waterfront and boardwalk. All in all we had a wonderful stay --- the only downfall---the stairs.
Positives: The room was small but very cozy and the --bed was a dream--very comfortable.
