Positives: Nice continental breakfast.

Negatives: It was a smoking room and in order to change room to a non-smoking it would have cost an extra 30.00.

Location was great. The hotel staff was pleasant and it's a pay for what you get. The room location was terrible, next to the stairs and door way and right besides the bar which was noisy all night. .....

Was perfect for what we needed, which was a comfortable place to sleep after begin out all day. Wouldn't want to spend a lot of time in the room as it was very small.

This was a very convenient, clean hotel close to the waterfront and an interesting downtown. We knew it would not be a 5* but would serve our needs. We enjoyed our stay in Orillia.

Within walking distance of restaurants, Downtown, waterfront, and marina. Staff very helpful. The rooms are extremely small, and beds are doubles or singles only. Outdoor bar was very noisy-loud .....

We only stayed for 5 hours to sleep and slept well. No real complaints except that there was no elevator which is not good for traveling with luggage.

This hotel is located downtown on the waterfront. An older hotel renovated and found it very clean. People at the desk were very nice. A 2 star hotel should be higher. Continental breakfast is also .....
