Enjoyed our stay. Close to Congress Center, International Center and airport. There is however no freestanding restaurants or bars in close walking distance and the Fairfield is operating with one .....

Positives: The Shuttle service. When they couldnt pick us up they made us take a cab and paid us back.
Negatives: There is not much around the hotel but the shuttle would drop you off at nearby restaurant if you ask.

Positives: The front desk and housekeeping staff was wonderful. They offer a free shuttle to the airport which helps to a cheaper commute to downtown Toronto.
Negatives: Does not have a bar or a restaurant for lunch.

I was very happy to see the hotel for the price - the lobby was attractive and clean; room was spacious; even had free breakfast and free internet. Great value for me.

Everything would have been a perfect 10 about this hotel if only the air conditioner in my room functioned correctly my wife was frustrated of how hot it was in our room.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites is very close to the Airport Terminal, probably a 5 minute drive. This hotel is very new (built in 2004) and is 100% smoke-free. There is free high speed internet access in .....

The customer service was bad; according CSR, my reservation was for 1 day instead of two. She insisted on it. Eventually they did not charge me extra.

Very glad I got this hotel - For a 2 star hotel, it far exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. It even included breakfast. Got my bang .....

This hotel charges 10 dollars for parking - equals. I drive a nice truck and the space for it was inadequate. I did not park it on their property. Their parking lot was unplowed and they had .....

Even when this hotel was almost brand new, the heating/a/c unit is so noisy that I wake up many times during the night. First, the thermostat makes a loud clicking noise that signals the unit to turn .....
