Up to expectations except for location. I wound up in the hospital emergency room and hotel would make no allowance for our change of plans. Would give no special rate for extra night for my husband .....

We checked in mid evening, I did not like my 1st room and was moved that evening to another room. The next morning I told the desk I was not pleased with the 2nd room and they willingly moved us to .....

My wife and I loved our stay here. The room on the 14th floor had a great view of the bay and mountains as well as the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing was .....

Great hotel, really enjoyed our stay. Nice pool and hot tub, nicely decorated room and great location exactly where we wanted to be. No view, but for the price we were very pleased.

I liked this hotel. It was 2 blocks from the Empress Hotel. It was clean and I felt safe. The staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was well kept, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, was in an excellent location - very close to Victoria's inner harbour. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The second best hotel in Victoria (bar none)! This property is relatively new (less than 2 years old) and is spectacularly clean and well appointed. It is just one block behind the Empress on the .....
