The hotel was great. The pool/ hot tub was open early in the morning and stayed open late. The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable.

Overall, very good experience. We stayed in late one morning and housekeeping respected the time and waited until we left to clean. Did not interrupt us.
Positives: Automatic entrance doors, room was very clean.
Negatives: There was wine bottle in the hallway in the evening and it was not cleaned up until the next evening.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Holiday Inn in London in just over 2 months. Both times our stay was good however, due to availability this time we were forced to take a smoking room. While I understand the need for some smoking rooms, the carpet in the room was filthy. As well, the attention to ashtrays in the living area and in the bathroom leads me to believe that they're more interested in encouraging smoking than keeping clean rooms. Overall the rooms are comfortable and the staffs are more than pleasant. I would definitely recommend Priceline.

Good hotel for the price I paid. I would definitely stay again. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the area and the hotel is close to highway 401.
Positives: Free Internet, spacious room, and clean.
Negatives: Dirty pool, uncomfortable beds, woman at the front desk on arrival wasn't the friendliest.

We were put in the smoking room cause all non-smoking rooms were sold out. The room was smelly and carpet was dirty.

It was a nice and relaxing place to stay in, the staff was friendly, rooms were very clean, parking and traffic were not an issue, and there is a small gym and swimming pool.
Positives: No noise, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly and easy access to the city.
Negatives: They couldn't fix my TV remote, and they gave me 2 and it didn't work.

The young woman (her name is Ashley) who checked us in, and we spoke with her twice over the phone prior to arriving, was exceptional. She was very pleasant and also very helpful. Great first impression at checkin.

The hotel was excellent. Unfortunately, we had to check out before midnight because our grandson had just had an accident and was in hospital in Waterloo. His Mom is a single Mom and we felt it was necessary to come home and be with her at the hospital.
Positives: Nice attention to detail, roomy, upscale.
Negatives: Carpets in the room could use a cleaning.

I would highly recommend this hotel which I have stayed at previously for its warm and friendly welcoming staff - quiet rooms with great service and spotlessly clean with a great location to everything in London well done!
Positives: The professional friendly and helpful staff/beautiful room/bathroom beyond expectations.
Negatives: Perhaps wider choice of menu for deserts nothing to fault tho.

This is a relatively new hotel so everything is very clean. The check in and out was seamless with very pleasant staff.

Negatives: Unfortunately I had a boys baseball team sharing the floor with me so a little loud.

This hotel was excellent in every way. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and well maintained and it is very convenient to the highway. It was also very quiet. We will definitely stay there again.
