My wife and I did the Ghost Tour package and would highly recommend it. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and Lanes restaurant was very good. Hotel is close to .....

This is an ok hotel. Nothing fancy but it has a good location and is modest in cost.

Great location and very comfortable. It would have been even better if they had a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Still, I would stay here again.

This is a great location to see all the sites in Ottawa. Everything is within walking distance. Once we parked our car we didn't use it again until we left.

They did not have requested queen deluxe suit and put me in a room with one king bed. There was 4 of us in the room, expecting a one bedroom deluxe suit (which would of fit us perfectly). Instead, .....

Hotel was 3 blocks off Elgin, a popular street with great bars and restaurants. I was offered a very large room with a kitchenette. But found it somewhat unclean.I never ate at the hotel, so I can't .....

Convenient to everything in Downtown Ottawa, the HI is an affordable option with newly renovated rooms. There was no safe or mini bar, but the hotel is quite nice and restful.
