My husband and I tried the Ben Miller finding them through the internet. It is surrounded by beautiful grounds and we had a lovely time.

Positives: Our room was very nice - clean and the in-house staff were very nice. Turn-down service was a nice touch. The outdoor patio in the evening was one of my favourites - it takes on an entirely different atmosphere in the evening. We loved it.

Negatives: We wanted to extend our stay but Suzanne at the front desk was less than helpful and somewhat unfriendly. Very curt and didn't try to find anything for us. It was disappointing as there were other rooms available and we wanted to stay longer but after many questions we still didn't get any information from her. The lounge area needs someone to attend it on a semi-regular basis instead of us having to look for someone to be served.

My family and I stayed at the Inn and were thrilled with the room, the atmospher and the food. The only thing that disappointed us was our massage. My daughter and I get regular massages and this therapist was just not up to par. She was very nice and I don't want to cause her any problems. I just thought that you would like to know.
