Ocean Wilderness Inn is a serene and comfortable retreat located on the shore of the Juan de Fuca strait looking across the water to the Olympic Mountains.
The Inn is a beguiling mix of elegant and rustic. Coffee is served on silver trays in a vintage log cabin dining room. Our English cottage garden is embraced by old-growth forest. There is high speed wireless internet. No TV. Our location, between Sooke and Jordan River, on the Muir Creek beach, encourages as much activity (hiking, birding, fishing, biking, kayaking, golfing etc.) or stillness (nap, soak in the hot tub, read, sip tea, count waves etc.) as you wish. We are a great base camp for hiking the Juan de Fuca Marine Trail. And a restorative before and after stay when tackling the West Coast Trail. Book a room overlooking the ocean or forest.

All our spacious rooms have private, ensuite bathrooms, and private entrances. The rates include a wake-up tray of coffee/tea, delivered to your door in the morning, and a full gourmet breakfast. served in the log dining room overlooking the ocean. Room rates also include use of the hot tub. All rates are per night, based on two persons. Several rooms will accommodate extra guests. A few rooms are appropriate for those traveling with children. Fees for extra persons: ages 16 through 75 are $25 per person, per night; ages 2 through 15 are $15 per child, per night; children ages 0 through 2, no charge. A couple rooms will accommodate pets. Fee for a pet is $25 per pet, per night. High season rates are in effect from May 16 to October 15. Low season rates are in effect from October 16 to May 15.
