Positives: Very luxurious far exceeded star rating given to it. Free parking on the street after 6 pm Friday for the enitre weekend.

Negatives: The hotel did not offer information regarding free parking on the street for the weekend but I knew from previous trip to Ottawa.

The hotel rooms and public area's coziness helped give the feeling of being at home. The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and always smiling when dealing with you and gave you the feeling they .....

Negatives: Parking was a little complicated.

It was just what we were looking for. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean, in a great location with lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby.

This hotel is in a good location, but is a very poor choice if you are arriving by car. There is only one space to park to check-in on the street, so if anyone else is checking in you will be unable .....

Positives: The staff was LOVELY. The hotel was really clean.

Negatives: No breakfast and the small restaurant downstairs didn't have a family friendly menu. The pool was also cold.

Hotel is nice and clean. Very family friend. Parking is extremely tight and at additional charge. We would stay at the hotel again, minus the parking issue.

The hotel Indigo has a reasonably good location west of the canal. The rooms are new and nicely decorated. Everything was In good repair and clean. The room was large and looked like the pictures on .....

Negatives: Restaurant has poor food, Incompetent staff, and Is ugly.

Really excellent location only 2 minutes from Parliment House. Great and friendly staff, clean, comfortable. Gym was ok, pool a little small but can't complain. Really unique room design. Would recommend and will definately use again for my next trip to Ottawa
