I recently had the opportunity to visit this resort for a weekend (which wasn't long enough). We arrived in the evening so we saw the blanket of stars in the sky....which is so nice as you don't see them like this in the city. In the morning we were able to see what a beautiful location it was as we enjoyed a great breakfast in the lodge overlooking the lake. The scenery is just amazing.

We stayed in one of the cottages which faces the lake so when you open your door in the morning you get to see the sunrise over the lake:). The cottage itself was very cozy and comfy. The staff are all very friendly, more then welcoming and accomadating.

The food was amazing and priced accordingly. I highly recommend the buffet brunch on Sunday!!!! I loved the omlette station. After eating a nice big breakfast or lunch there are miles of trails to go hike on or if you're lucky enough to get your hands on an ATV to go on the trails........... even better!

Overall I had a fantastic time as did the company I was with. I will be returning..........hopefullly sooner then later:)

Positives: Food, Accommodations, Trails, Scenery, Everything..

Negatives: I couldn't stay longer.
