Looked acceptable from the outside but we were greeted with by an unfriedly and cold woman who had little to no concept of customer service. Our reservation needed last minute changes but instead of working with us to resolve our problem, she opted to turn our business away completely. She was rude, ignorant, and the worst hotel staff member we ever had to deal with. EVER!! The room we had was less then acceptable with half working lights, out-dated decor, a borderline health hazard bathroom, and mildew-like odor. We were suprised the price was a high as it was considering the low quality of the staff and facility. There were a number of motels in the area and they were all kinder and more understanding of our situation and were ecstatic to have our business.
